Bassett Terms & Conditions of Sale

Custom items – cancellations on custom items are not accepted. Returns are not accepted on any custom-ordered product.
Non-Custom Furniture, Rugs and Top of Bed – any cancellations or returns of these items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee is 30% of the total sale price of the merchandise, excluding delivery and taxes.
Stock Accessories (DTC) excluding rugs – all stocked accessory items can be returned within 30 days with proof or purchase. Stocked Accessory (DTC) products are noted on the sales order.
Clearance, Floor Samples and Flash Sale Items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned and must be paid in full at the time of order. Floor samples are sold “AS-IS”, carry no manufacturer’s warranty and are not eligible for repair.
Delivery fees – once a delivery has been made, delivery fees are non-refundable.
